Union Plaza Hotel

I loved the staff that were present , knowing I have been robbed by the first hotel and being treated badly , the staff at Union Plaza were actually the first persons who actually greeted me respectfully and politely in Bucharest. Thank you for making my stay better

The Hotel is a good hotel in a good location but lacks the small things you expect of this level of hotel. I liked the breakfast on level 12 , liked the location and the view. the staff is very pleasant as well.

Great breakfast with delicious options, and the chance to enjoy a coffee on the scenic terrace was a perfect start to the day! I’ve visited this place several times because of its great location, convenient parking, and close proximity to the city center and must-see spots. The nearby promenade with plenty of restaurants adds a charming atmosphere to the whole area. It’s an ideal choice for combining a business trip with some relaxing free time after work.

It was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel met all my needs. It was spotless. The location was very good and convenient for wherever I wanted to go. We stayed at your hotel in September. We are very grateful to the front desk employees Claudio and Elena - they helped us to extend our stay and we were not obliged to move to another room despite the hotel was 100% booked. And also we received a wonderful breakfast as a present from Claudio. The communication was extremely kind and pleasant, so it’s even a little sad that we left and didn’t have time to say goodbye to Claudio and Elena in person. Also, we visited the restaurant upstairs. We didn't book a table in advance, but a waiter Alexander Saadu helped us find the best table - and we ended up sitting on the terrace with an amazing view of Bucharest. All dishes and service were at a very good level, so thank you very much!
